EnGagePlus! gauge management and calibration software brings a new level of versatility to the gauge management arena. EnGagePlus! provides one of the most comprehensive gauge management software packages available, in an easy to learn and use format. As with previous versions of Engauge!, EnGagePlus! allows paperless data transfer of gauge data between offsite gauge labs and user facilities. This streamlines the effort of sending gauges out for calibration and repair.

Fully compatible with DataMyte’s Engauge! software packages, EnGagePlus! adds compatibility with several commercial database engines, allowing gauge lab personnel to concentrate on gauge-related tasks.

Supported databases include Microsoft SQL (MSSQL), Oracle, and Sybase. If these database engines are not already present, EnGagePlus! provides Microsoft Database Engine (MSDE), replacing the Paradox standalone database furnished with earlier versions of Engauge! EnGagePlus! simplifies transfer of data from a Paradox database to any of the four databases supported by the new system.

EnGagePlus! is a 32-bit application compatible with Windows 98, Windows NT, and Windows 2000 operating systems. The system complies with ISO 9000, QS 9000, and other standards. Its report format fully conforms to MIL-STD-45662A and to ISO 10012-1.

Users can link DataMyte’s popular Quantum SPC/DC data collection software with EnGagePlus! to verify gauge or tool calibration status prior to use. EnGagePlus! also supports multiple languages.

An important new function of EnGagePlus! is ANOVA capability for analyzing gauge R&R data. In addition, data for gauge R&R studies can be entered in a new spreadsheet format, making data entry faster and easier.

EnGagePlus! tracks gauge location and calibration status, and prints calibration stickers and certificates. The operator can also view on-line procedures, including pictures and videos. Other features include standard and customized report generation, corrective action tracking for gauge and quality system problems, and tracking and linking of gauge events.
